"The Grand River Community Health Centre (GRCHC) was successful in securing a one year grant to fund an Indigenous Cultural Safety training program in the Brantford area. 

Michelle was hired to develop and coordinate this project. Her ability to communicate and work with compassion through challenging and sometimes painful topics created transformative results. 

Michelle was very well organized and demonstrated an in-depth understanding of adult learning and human psychology. The materials and methodology she used to engage and educate were extremely well received.
